Поставка партіями на підставі заявки Замовника, до 31.12.2026 року. Доставка Товару здійснюється до трьох разів на тиждень в робочі дні з 6:00 до 15:00 години на умовах централізовано-кільцевих перевезень на продовольчий склад Покупця та інші пункти доставки по м. Миколаєву (Додаток 2 договору), дрібнооптовими партіями, у відповідності до заявок переданих Покупцем телефонограмою чи на адресу електронної пошти Постачальника не пізніше дванадцяти годин до часу поставки, з зазначенням: кількості, виду, дати, пункту доставки Товару, а також дати та номеру договору. Проектом договору передбачена банківська гарантія.
