Beet sugar, crystalline, white, first category, DSTU 4623

The Education Department of the Starokostiantyniv City Council Executive Committee bought crystalline white beet sugar of the first category meeting DSTU 4623. The purchase used an electronic catalogue through a request for proposals from suppliers, under the Ukrainian Law on Public Procurement and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1178 of 12 October 2022, which sets special wartime procurement rules under paragraph 11-2. By submitting a bid, participants confirmed the goods do not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran. The contract was awarded on 2026-08-05 to TOV 'LIDERIYA' for UAH 45,650, the same as the estimated value. The bid deadline was 2026-08-04.
