Description

Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Marseille souhaite installer une 3ème Imagerie par Résonance Magnétique (IRM) au sein de son service d'imagerie situé au RDC du bâtiment Etoile de l'Hôpital Nord. Le projet prévoit le maintien en activité de l'IRM déjà présent dans la zone et les problématiques techniques liées à cette contrainte devront être prises en compte par les entreprises, le phasage et le suivi des travaux. Les travaux se dérouleront en plusieurs phases, pour permettre de limiter l'interruption de l'IRM déjà en fonction, dans un établissement recevant du public de type U. Afin de libérer la zone d'emprise du projet, des travaux préalables sont à réaliser. L'opération est réalisée dans un bâtiment occupé, notamment au rez-de-jardin, où l'activité du quai logistique restera sans interruption
