Description

Le délégataire doit proposer une offre de restauration pour répondre à la demande du personnel du CDG 42 de manière quotidienne, ainsi que des convives (personnels, intervenants, stagiaires, etc.), d'autres organisations publiques, notamment le CNFPT, qui bénéficieront d'un droit d'accès au restaurant. Le projet de restauration doit être simple, économique, répondre aux exigences réglementaires et aux attentes des convives. La prestation principale est la fourniture des déjeuners du lundi au vendredi entre 11 h 30 et 13 h 30. Le délégataire pourra fournir des prestations accessoires : - Plateaux-repas - Pauses café, - Buffets déjeunatoires ou dînatoires
