L'objecte és executar, de manera coordinada però diferenciada per lots, les actuacions previstes en dos projectes tècnics que incideixen sobre el mateix àmbit patri-monial: d’una banda, l’adequació d’espais i accessos del Molí d’Alfarràs per al seu ús com a alberg turístic i de pelegrins; i, de l’altra, l’execució d’una actuació d’urgència per a l’arranjament patrimonial del Complex Industrial Patrimonial d’Alfarràs.
