L’objecte del contracte és l’organització de la Cavalcada de Reis de Tàrrega, que consisteix en una desfilada d’arribada de Ses majestats els Reis d’Orient a la ciutat en carrosses, amb comparses i altres acompanyaments. Les prestacions que configuren l’objecte del contracte són les següents: 1. Ésser els coordinadors, productors i executors de la Cavalcada de Reis de Tàrrega. 2. Vetllar per mantenir en perfecte estat les carrosses de la Cavalcada, propietat de l’Ajuntament i avisar en cas que hi hagi algun desperfecte per ús (no per manipulació o mal ús). 3. Renovar 1 cop cada 4 anys íntegrament l’ambientació d’una carrossa. 4. Trobar-se amb l’Ajuntament (Regidoria de Cultura i Seguretat Ciutadana o Guàrdia Urbana i Serveis Municipals) en un parell de reunions prèvies entre els mesos d’octubre i desembre per preparar i coordinar la Cavalcada. Aquestes reunions s’hauran de celebrar a les dependències municipals.
