Realització d’un estudi tècnic, econòmic i financer per determinar la projecció econòmica dels costos d’explotació de la Residència Municipal Can Comelles per als exercicis 2027 i 2028. Caldrà analitzar de manera integral l’estructura de costos del servei així com el cost de les millores que es preveuen poder incorporar. A partir de l’anàlisi de les dades disponibles (auditories econòmiques dels exercicis 2017 a 2024) i de les previsions econòmiques i sectorials aplicables, la consultoria elaborarà una projecció dels costos previstos per als anys 2027 i 2028, identificant els principals factors de variació i els riscos que poden afectar l’evolució de la despesa. L’informe final haurà d’incloure una metodologia clara de càlcul, les hipòtesis utilitzades, els resultats obtinguts i les conclusions corresponents. La proposta haurà d’incorporar un pla de seguiment i control que pugui ser implementat per l’Ajuntament. Durant l’execució del contracte, s’haurà de celebrar un mínim de 3 reunions de seguiment PRESENCIALS al mes a la seu de l’Ajuntament.
