L’objecte de l’actuació consisteix en la construcció d’una mini rotonda a la cruïlla dels carrers Tarragona i Puigcerdà al polígon industrial de Mas Aliu, atès que es tracta d’una zona industrial molt transitada en que aquests dos carrers constitueixen els eixos vertebradors de tota la circulació interior, atès que el C/ Tarragona és l’eix vertebrador des de l’accés per la GIV-5332, i el carrer Puigcerdà és l’eix vertebrador des de l’accés per la GI-533.
