Constitueix l'objecte del present contracte l'execució de les obres corresponents a la Fase II del «Text Refós del Projecte d'Actuació Específica i Executiu en dues fases de Dipòsit d'Aigua Tractada de 2.555 m³ compartimentat amb dos vasos», infraestructura destinada a ampliar la capacitat d'emmagatzematge d'aigua potable de l'Estació de Tractament d'Aigua Potable (ETAP) municipal de les Borges Blanques i a reforçar la seguretat, fiabilitat i capacitat operativa del sistema municipal d'abastament d'aigua potable.
