Les actuacions inclouen, entre d'altres, la renovació de paviments i itineraris per a vianants, la millora de la seguretat viària, la implantació d'infraestructures de mobilitat sostenible, la renovació de xarxes de serveis urbans, la instal·lació d'enllumenat públic i la urbanització d'espais lliures amb incorporació d'arbrat, jardineria i mobiliari urbà. El detall i condicions de les obres es defineixen i fixen en els Projectes corresponents a cada lot que juntament amb el Plec de clàusules administratives particulars regiran el contracte.
