Constitueix l’objecte del present contracte, d’acord amb el que disposa més detalladament el PPT, el subministrament d’un mòdul de gestió d’abonats i facturació per al servei d’aigua potable d’ABSA, així com el servei per a la seva implantació en la infraestructura tecnològica de l’empresa i el seu manteniment durant els primers anys. Concretament el subministrament consisteix en un mòdul ja existent, prestació principal del contracte, que per mitjà dels serveis d’implantació s’adapti i ajusti a la realitat tecnològica i operativa d’ABSA.
