L’Ajuntament de Benavent de Segrià considera necessari procedir a la renovació i millora de l’enllumenat esportiu del Camp de Futbol Municipal, mitjançant la substitució dels equips existents per nous projectors amb tecnologia LED d’altes prestacions, amb la finalitat de millorar les condicions d’il·luminació del terreny de joc, garantir uns nivells lumínics adequats per al desenvolupament de les activitats esportives, incrementar l’eficiència energètica de la instal·lació i reduir els costos de manteniment i explotació. L’actuació resulta necessària per garantir el correcte funcionament del servei públic esportiu municipal i millorar la qualitat de les instal·lacions posades a disposició de les persones usuàries.
