Contractació del subministrament, instal·lació, parametrització i manteniment d’un sistema d’informació que permeti la gestió integrada dels recursos humans de l’Ajuntament de Montgat, incloent la gestió de nòmines, Seguretat Social i portal de l’empleat, així com els serveis de migració de dades, formació, suport tècnic i funcional, allotjament, actualització normativa i manteniment de la plataforma durant tota la vigència del contracte. L’objecte principal del contracte és el subministrament d’una solució informàtica de gestió integral de Recursos Humans disponible al mercat, i susceptible de ser implantada a l’Ajuntament de Montgat sense requerir desenvolupaments específics o personalitzacions a mida. Les prestacions d’implantació, configuració, parametrització, migració de dades, formació i manteniment tenen caràcter complementari i accessori respecte de la prestació principal de subministrament.
