Description

Es tracta d’un contracte administratiu de subministrament en funció de les necessitats del CAR, de conformitat amb l’article 16.1 de la LCSP i de conformitat a la disposició addicional trenta-tresena de la Llei, pel fet que el número de lliuraments inclosos en l’objecte del contracte està subordinat a els necessitats del CAR i, per tant, el pressupost de licitació és limitador i té caràcter de màxim. Dintre del contracte, la prestació principal és el subministrament dels kits que han de permetre l’obtenció de plasma ric en factors de creixement, però també forma part de l’objecte del contracte la posada a disposició durant el termini del contracte d’una centrifugadora i el conjunt de components que s’indiquen a l’Annex I del plec de prescripcions tècniques, components necessaris per donar cobertura a la necessitat de contractar que justifica la tramitació del present expedient.
