Description

El present contracte té per objecte la contractació d’una empresa professional de serveis que elabori un document anomenat Valoració i Relació de llocs de Treball del Consell Comarcal de l’Anoia que comportarà treballs d’anàlisi de la situació actual de la plantilla de personal, el desenvolupament d’una descripció i valoració dels llocs de treball existents, per tal de dissenyar i incorporar modificacions en el contingut i valorar els llocs de treball , donant resposta a les noves necessitats organitzatives que es plantegen a l’organització, i adequant l’estructura retributiva i de RRHH a allò que s’estableix en les normes de la funció pública per tal de construir un model organitzatiu amb un sistema de gestió robust, simplificat i eficient, i una organització flexible, adaptada a la tecnificació i digitalització. Aquest procés de revisió i modificació de la RLT s’emmarcaria en la potestat d’autoorganització que té el Consell Comarcal de l'Anoia
