Equipaments Municipals on estan ubicades: Teatre Casal Agramuntí HERZ FireMatic 151 1.500€/any + IVA Residència Cal mas vell HERZ FireMatic 201 2.500€/any + IVA Escola municipal de música HERZ FireMatic 151 1.500€/ any + IVA CEIP MACIÀ-COMPANYS HARGASSNER ECO-HK 300 2.000€/any més IVA Necessitat que es satisfà: Manteniment de les instal·lacions dels edificis. El present procediment de licitació té per objecte regular i definir l’abast, condicions i característiques tècniques de les prestacions que regiran en la contractació del Servei de manteniment preventiu, conductiu i correctiu de les instal·lacions de calefacció amb energies renovables concretament amb biomassa, dels edificis municipals de l'Ajuntament d’Agramunt exposats en el punt primer als efectes de de garantir el nivell òptim de les prestacions, millora de la sostenibilitat, el manteniment de les instal·lacions, continuïtat del funcionament dels equips i instal·lacions i la seva durabilitat.
