La prestació del serveis de manteniment del sistema BI en modalitat SaaS (Software as a Service) per la millora del màrqueting turístic mitjançant la captació de dades i gestió i anàlisi de la informació dels residents i visitants de la ciutat, basada en la monitorització de les Xarxes Socials (XXSS) amb el consentiment de l’usuari, per establir el seu perfil consumidor i poder definir estratègies i accions per incrementar la interacció en les àrees comercials de la ciutat. Concretament, el servei de manteniment del sistema inclou: ž Manteniment del servei de registre i autenticació d’usuaris, i de permisos avançats RRSS. ž Manteniment tècnic i accés a la plataforma (Dashboard) i repositori de dades. ž Manteniment del servei “Xeerpa Enterprise BI”. ž Manteniment dels mòduls avançats d’IA i perfilat d’usuaris (Progressive profiling) per l’anàlisi de dades i generació d’informes. ž Serveis auxiliars de suport tècnic del personal tècnic de Xeerpa al personal tècnic de l’Ajuntament de Lleida.
