La present licitació té la finalitat de descriure els treballs a desenvolupar establint l’abast, els requisits i l’operativa per dur a terme els treballs de control tècnic per a l’assegurança de responsabilitat civil desenal a realitzar, definint les condicions, necessitats, directrius i criteris generals que han de servir de base per a la realització dels treballs encarregats, i concretant el procediment per a la redacció i presentació dels diferents documents en la realització dels quals ha d’intervenir l’adjudicatari de l’encàrrec, amb la finalitat que el contingut de l’encàrrec, un cop quedi garantida i assegurada la seva qualitat, coherència i homogeneïtat, pugui ésser rebut i acceptat per l’IMPSOL.
