Description

Subministrament, transport i instal·lació d’un tatami esportiu, amb una superfície total aproximada de 12 x 12 metres, destinat a les instal·lacions esportives municipals de l’Ajuntament de Gelida. El material objecte del contracte consisteix en un acordió format per 12 tatamis de 200 x 100 x 4 cm, fabricats amb escuma de densitat A-200 (200 kg/m³), amb base antilliscant, cosits en format acordió, i equipats amb solapa i sistema de tancament mitjançant velcro, per garantir l’estabilitat del conjunt i la seguretat durant l’ús. El subministrament inclou totes les actuacions necessàries perquè el material quedi correctament instal·lat i en condicions òptimes per al seu ús immediat. El present contracte es pot qualificar de contracte administratiu de subministrament d'acord amb la definició dels articles 16.3 b) de la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de contractes del sector públic (LCSP), per la qual es transposen a l'ordenament jurídic les directives del Parlament Europeu i del Consell 2014/23/UE i 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrer de 2014.
