L’objecte de la present memòria és la justificació dels diferents aspectes que han de regular la contractació mitjançant procediment obert dels serveis de comunicacions de veu fixa així com la garantia, manteniment i gestió associada als equips i sistemes requerits. De forma específica, els objectius del contracte són: - Renovar tecnològicament els sistemes de comunicacions de veu fixa. - Garantir l’evolució tecnològica dels serveis de comunicacions coherent amb l’evolució del mercat i l’aparició de noves necessitats per part de l’Ajuntament. - Dotar de majors prestacions de comunicacions de veu als usuaris de l’Ajuntament, en especial orientades a permetre la mobilitat i el teletreball.
