Description

L’objecte del projecte Adequació del Casal del Milà per a la seva legalització” (Lot 1) consisteix en portar a terme les instal·lacions i equipaments que manquen en l’ equipament del Casal en aquest moment, a fi de poder legalitzar correctament l’ activitat del casal social municipal, ja que aquesta no es troba degudament legalitzada. En aquest sentit, les instal·lacions i equipaments que manquen per executar-se a fi de poder legalitzar l’activitat, s’hauran d’adaptar als diferents reglaments i normatives actuals. L’objecte del projecte Substitució de la coberta de fibrociment del Casal municipal (Lot 2) és la substitució de la coberta existent a dues aigües, pel que fa referència als elements de cobertura (fibrociment), per una nova coberta amb panell sandvitx color vermell teula respectant l’estructura de suport i el mateix pendent. Atès que les obres afecten al mateix immoble i amb la finalitat d’agilitzar el procediment de contractació ja que una única licitació comporta la realització de menys tràmits administratius, es considera adient procedir a la contractació dels dos projecte d’obres conjuntament.
