L’objecte del present contracte és l’execució de les obres corresponents a la reforma integral i adequació funcional de la nova seu social i oficines de la societat Serveis d’aparcaments de Vilanova i la Geltrú, SAM, M.P. (VNG aparcaments). Les obres tenen com a finalitat adaptar el local als requeriments funcionals, normatius i operatius propis d’un espai administratiu amb funcions d’atenció al públic i gestió interna, d’acord amb el projecte executiu que serveix de base a la present licitació. El contracte inclou totes les actuacions necessàries per a la correcta execució de la intervenció definida en el mencionat projecte, incloent els treballs previs, les obres de construcció i adequació interior, la implantació de les instal·lacions i la realització dels acabats, així com totes aquelles actuacions auxiliars que resultin necessàries per a la seva posada en funcionament.
