L'objecte del present contracte és l'execució de les obres d'adequació de la zona verda del nucli de Saifores, al terme municipal de Banyeres del Penedès, amb la finalitat de transformar-la en un espai públic funcional, accessible i de qualitat, destinat a l'ús col·lectiu i orientat a la millora del benestar i la qualitat de vida de la ciutadania. Les actuacions previstes tenen per objecte la consolidació de l'actual espai lliure com a parc públic, mitjançant la realització dels treballs necessaris d'urbanització i adequació de l'espai, incloent-hi els treballs previs i moviments de terres, l'execució de paviments i itineraris accessibles, la col·locació de mobiliari urbà i d'elements de joc infantil i esportiu, així com les actuacions de jardineria i plantació d'arbrat.
