Objet et étendue du marché : Le présent marché porte sur les travaux de façades bois ajourées pour la construction d'une école primaire et d'une salle de sport à Massonnens (FR), Chemin sur la Vella 1, parcelle n° 515. Le marché comprend notamment : La fourniture et la pose de l'ensemble du système de façade bois ajourée, comprenant l'ossature bois et le bardage, préfabriqué en atelier et posé sur la structure béton du bâtiment, selon le carnet de détails et les plans d'exécution ; Les acrotères en panneaux 3 plis sur l'ensemble des toitures ; Les tablettes aluminium et la tôle de pied de façade, pour les zones de bardage bois uniquement ; Le traitement du bois (autoclave, finition huilée teinte claire), selon les exigences du descriptif. Sont exclus du présent marché : les poteaux béton préfabriqués (structure primaire du bâtiment), les coulisseaux de stores (CFC 228), les fenêtres (CFC 221), l'étanchéité (CFC 224), ainsi que l'isolation EPS des zones en façade béton.
