La procédure fait suite aux procédures antérieures relatives à la construction d'une école maternelle sur la commune de Ghisonaccia - (Procédures n°2024-01, n°2025-3 et n°2026-2 - Lot 4 et 14), déclarées sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général, conformément aux articles R.2185-1 et R.2185-2 du CCP. Cette procédure est divisé en 2 lots. L'attribution sera lot pat lot. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Ce projet vise à créer un établissement de 10 classes, un réfectoire mutualisé, des espaces pédagogiques adaptés et une cour végétalisée. Le bâtiment respectera les exigences de la RE 2020, les normes PMR et les réglementations ERP en matière de sécurité incendie. Les travaux seront réalisés selon un calendrier d'exécution optimisé, avec des phases de préparation, réalisation et réception, dans le respect des obligations réglementaires et des engagements environnementaux. Le délai global prévu pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations est de 22 mois
