Les prestations de construction d'un court de tennis couvert à Montagnat (01250) sont reparties en 8 lots. La présente consultation concerne uniquement le lot n°4 : Couverture panneaux sandwich et bardages (les autres lots ont fait l'objet d'une autre consultation). Modalités de financement : budget CA3B, subvention du Département de l'AIN à hauteur de 88 050 euro(s) , subvention de l'Etat "dotation équipement des territoires ruraux" à hauteur de 148 500 euro(s) , subventions éventuelles de la Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT) et la région Auvergne Rhône Alpes. Les prestations seront réglées par un prix global et forfaitaire. Les prix sont révisés mensuellement. Aucune clause de garantie financière prévue. Avance de 10% versée dans les conditions prévues au contrat. Le délai global de paiement des prestations est de 30 jours. Forme de marché : ordinaire
