L’objecte del present concurs és la selecció de la millor idea elaborada, tot considerant el procés de participació ciutadana IMAGINEM l’antiga estació d’autobusos; per orientar la decisió de l’Ajuntament de Lleida per determinar com actuar en relació amb l’edifici de l’Antiga Estació d’Autobusos, amb caràcter general i amb plantejament obert, incloent qualsevol tipus d’intervenció, el canvi d’usos, la reforma, la rehabilitació, etc. L’àmbit objecte del concurs és l’Edifici “Antiga Estació d’Autobusos” Emplaçament: C/ Saracibar, 3 - Pl. Espanya, 2 Referència Cadastral: 2095201CG0029E La intervenció es planteja en la totalitat de l’edifici i considerant l’harmonització urbanística amb l’entorn, especialment amb el carrer Saracibar i l’avinguda Blondel. Es tracta d’un concurs de propostes/idees amb intervenció de Jurat, en una fase, amb designació del guanyador del concurs i la posterior contractació de l’adjudicatari per a l’elaboració del projecte bàsic.
