Description

la Communauté d'agglomération souhaite déléguer aux frais et risques de l'exploitant (transfert d'un risque lié à l'exploitation du service) la gestion et l'exploitation des ouvrages et aménagements golfiques de Saint-Lô Agglo, étant précisé que le futur concessionnaire aura à sa charge le financement et la construction d'un bâtiment d'accueil (salle de convivialité pouvant permettre l'accueil des groupes) et d'un mini-golf dont la gestion et l'exploitation sera incluse dans la gestion et l'exploitation globale du golf. Cette délégation devra s'exécuter conformément aux règles de l'art, dans le respect de la règlementation, dans le respect des droits et de la sécurité des usagers et des tiers, mais également dans le souci d'assurer la conservation du patrimoine ainsi que la continuité du service dans les conditions fixées au sein du projet de contrat. Toutes les missions confiées au concessionnaire sont précisées dans le dossier de consultation
