Description

Le délégataire a pour mission de gérer, d'exploiter et de maintenir les équipements mis à sa disposition dans une perspective culturelle et de participer au dynamisme des activités et animations locales à vocation culturelle. Le délégataire devra également assurer l'exploitation du service, dans des conditions permettant d'assurer la continuité du service public et l'égalité des usagers. Il devra mettre en oeuvre l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires au renouvellement du classement Art et essai et du label AFCAE jeune public. Les conditions tarifaires devront répondre à la volonté sociale et de développement culturel portée par la ville de Blanquefort afin de favoriser l'accès du plus grand nombre au cinéma municipal. Les conditions d'exploitation du service faisant l'objet de la délégation de service public sont définies dans le projet de contrat et ses annexes
