Dans le cadre de sa compétence en matière de développement économique, Colmar Agglomération, Autorité concédante, a confié, depuis le 1er juillet 2022, l'exploitation et la gestion de la pépinière d'entreprises La Pep's, située 2 rue de Prague à Colmar, à BGE Alsace Lorraine, dans le cadre d'un contrat de Délégation de Service Public. Par délibération en date du 27 novembre 2025, le Conseil Communautaire a approuvé le renouvellement de la concession de service public pour la gestion de la Pépinière d'entreprises La Pep's - pour une durée de sept ans, étant précisé que la Commission Consultative des Services Publics Locaux s'est au préalable prononcé en faveur du projet par un avis du 23 septembre 2025
