Les missions du titulaire sont les suivantes : - La promotion du service et l'accès au plus grand nombre : ; - L'exploitation des services portuaires sur le périmètre concédé : - La gestion administrative, financière et commerciale ; - La sécurité des usagers portuaires et de leurs biens ; - L'accueil et la fourniture de services aux usagers ; - La perception des recettes d'exploitation et annexes liées à l'exploitation des équipements concédés ; - L'exploitation technique des équipements portuaires : - Le nettoyage, l'entretien, la maintenance des équipements portuaires nécessaires au service, à l'exception des opérations portées par la commune - La surveillance des équipements ainsi que la sécurité et sûreté des biens et du public ; - La mise à disposition des petits équipements ; - La mise à disposition des moyens matériels et humains nécessaires au service ; - L'encadrement et formation du personnel dédié au service
