La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un contrat de concession de service public en affermage pour l'exploitation et la gestion du complexe cinématographique de Millau en cours d'exploitation, implanté rue de la Pépinière, (dénommé le « Cinéma 1 ») puis du futur cinéma, sis boulevard de l'Ayrolle, (dénommé le « Cinéma 2 ») dont l'ouverture est prévue pour la fin de l'année 2028 et entraînera l'arrêt de l'exploitation du « Cinéma 1 ». Le contrat porte ainsi sur : - L'exploitation et la gestion du Cinéma 1 : de la notification du contrat jusqu'à la phase de transfert (estimée à fin 2028) (Phase 1) ; - L'exploitation et la gestion du futur Cinéma 2 : de la phase de transfert jusqu'à la fin du contrat (Phase 2). Le détail des prestations et l'ensemble des obligations du concessionnaire font l'objet d'une description dans le projet de contrat et ses annexe remis aux candidats
