Opération de construction de 31 logements en construction modulaire bois hors site dans le lotissement Mouncaout II sur la commune de Castets. Cette opération comporte 18 logements locatifs sociaux en collectif et 13 maisons individuelles en BRS au lotissement et se décompose de la façon suivante : Pour les 18 logements locatifs sociaux sur le lot cadastré BE 137 d’une surface de 2 159m², un ou deux immeubles à R+2 comprenant au total : - 9 T2 de 49 m² de surface habitable chacun avec terrasse ou balcon de 6 m² minimum - 9 T3 de 64 m² de surface habitable chacun avec terrasse ou balcon de 6 m² minimum Pour les 13 logements individuels groupés en deux bandes de 6 (sur le lot cadastré BE 83 de 2 521m²) et 7 (sur le lot cadastré BE 104 de 2 938m²) logements de plain-pied comprenant au total : - 4 T3 de 67 m² de surface habitable chacun avec terrasse et garage - 9 T4 de 82 m² de surface habitable chacun avec terrasse et garage Chaque BRS dispose d’un garage de 12 m² et d’une terrasse de plain-pied de 8 m² minimum avec un cellier extérieur attenant d’environ 3m² et intégré au volume de la toiture. Opération en 2 tranches : 1 pour les LLS et 1 pour le BRS.
