Description

Ce marché a pour objet la conception et la fabrication matérielle de l'exploration à destination des 2-6 ans « DORS PETIT CHAT », qui sera présentée au musée des Confluences dans l'espace permanent « NUAGE DES PETITS » (environ 374 m²) à compter de la mi-septembre 2027. Cette exploration est prévue pour être exploitée par le musée sur une période pouvant durer jusqu'à 4 années. Le marché est passé selon la procédure adaptée en application des art. R2123-1-3°, R2123-4, R2123-5 et R2123-7 du Code de la commande publique. Il est conclu pour une période de 26 mois (14 mois de conception et fabrication matérielle de l'exploration + 12 premiers mois d'exploitation de l'exploration par le musée) débutant à la notification du marché (date prévisionnelle : juillet 2026) et s'achevant le 31 août 2028. Le budget global alloué s'élève à 430 000 euro(s) TTC maximum. En aucun cas ce budget ne pourra être dépassé. Les conditions de participation sont notamment décrites à l'art 3.5 du RC
