Description

Un système de prévision des crues doit être développé sur le bassin versant, ciblé en priorité sur les stations de mesure de débit déjà existantes et en cours d'installation. La structure de la modélisation devra prendre en compte les futurs points d'entrée ainsi que différents points de sortie associés à des enjeux. La réalisation de bibliothèques de cartes d'aléas et d'enjeux pour des crues de différentes périodes de retour est également attendue afin de lier les modèles prévisionnels aux enjeux potentiellement exposés. Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles. Lots attribués séparément. Le marché est un marché à prix mixtes : Prix global et forfaitaire et prix unitaires dans le cadre d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, conclu avec un opérateur économique par lot, sur la base de la tarification des prix unitaires mentionnés au bordereau des prix unitaires du lot concerné (sans minimum, avec maximum de 10 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée du marché).
