Description

This is a negotiated procedure, whereby an external contractor will be selected to develop an update of a guide published by ECDC in 2012 (Communication on immunisation - building trust). The contractor is expected to follow a similar approach as done with the 2012 guide, whilst putting emphasis on more recent developments and examples, and highlight some approaches that in the previous guide were not expanded on. There is also flexibility to adapt the content structure. The contractor's work will focus on: • Collate and synthetise recent research, guidance and recommendations on the topic of building and sustaining trust in immunisation; • Collect and summarise recent experiences, best practices, challenges and lessons learned in the area, from public health organisations and in the EU/EEA. The final deliverables are a report and presentation.
