L'appel d'offres concerne les interventions sylvicoles et la gestion des espèces néophytes dans la commune de Morcote. La zone de projet sylvicole est située au-dessus de l'habitat dans les forêts de protection, tandis que la gestion des néophytes envahissantes concerne l'ensemble du territoire communal. Les principales quantités indicatives des interventions sylvicoles sont les suivantes : Année 2027 : Interventions sur les riaux (UT 1 2 3) Val di Fiume + Gaggio (5,0 ha + 4,5 ha). Abattage avec hélicoptère/téléphérique. 1'000 m³, 9 ha Année 2027/2028 : Interventions sur les riaux secondaires.
