Upratovanie jednotlivých objektov a prevádzok Mestskej časti Bratislava-Karlova Ves. a) Športové zariadenia: a. Plaváreň, Majerníkova 62 b. Telocvičňa, Molecova 1/A c. Tanečná sála, Púpavová 24A d. Karloveské vzdelávacie centrum, Majerníkova 62 b) Objekty kultúry a zariadenia seniorcentier: a. Karloveské centrum kultúry, Molecova 2 b. Karloveská knižnica, Jurigovo nám.1 c. Seniorcentrum Lackova 4 d. Seniorcentrum Tilgnerova 13 c) Objekt Miestneho úradu, Nám.sv. Františka 8 d) Objekt Majerníkova 60 Popis jednotlivých objektov a prevádzok a pôdorys tvorí prílohu č.1. Požadujeme naceniť upratovanie vrátane čistiacich prostriedkov použitých na čistenie podľa požiadavky v harmonograme s požadovaným intervalom upratovania, ktorý tvorí prílohu č. 2. V plavárni Majerníkova 62 žiadame naceniť cenu za upratovanie vrátane čistiacich prostriedkov vhodných do bazénových hál a vlhkého prostredia. Pri upratovaní objektu Miestneho úradu požadujeme zabezpečiť aj službu zamykania a odomykania objektu. Ostatné objekty požadujeme upratovať v časoch, ktoré sú popísané v Prílohe č. 2. K bežnému upratovaniu v rozsahu podľa Prílohy č. 2 požadujeme naceniť aj mimoriadne upratovanie - postavebné upratovanie, upratovanie po havárii vody, kanalizácie a po povodniach a mimoriadne upratovanie mimo bežného upratovania po akciách. Pri mimoriadnom upratovaní požadujeme naceniť 1človeko-hodinu takého upratovania. Fakturáciu požadujeme mesačne po ukončení mesiaca v jednotlivých prevádzkach a prílohou faktúry musí byť mesačný výkaz prác podpísaný príslušným zodpovedným zamestnancom prevádzky. Faktúru požadujeme jednu mesačne za všetky prevádzky spoločne s rozpísaním ceny za jednotlivé prevádzky samostatne.
