Закупівля товару за цим Договором проводиться з урахуванням абзацу 1 пункту 57 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» від 14 вересня 2020 року: «Замовник оголошує запит пропозицій постачальників в електронному каталозі через електронну систему закупівель шляхом заповнення електронних форм з окремими полями, де зазначається виключно інформація про назву, очікувану вартість предмета закупівлі, кількість, строк, умови, місце поставки товару, умови його оплати та кінцевий строк подання постачальником ціни пропозиції (строк подання постачальником ціни пропозиції не може становити менш як два робочих дні з дня оприлюднення замовником запиту пропозицій постачальників в електронній системі закупівель), характеристики товару та їх допустимі значення в межах специфікації товару, визначеної адміністратором для відповідної категорії товарів, розмір, вид, строк та умови надання, повернення забезпечення виконання договору (якщо замовник вимагає таке забезпечення надати), а також вимога, що країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.».
