Le projet prévoit la construction de deux nouvelles structures d’hébergement (Tamaya et Situation Complexe), ainsi que de deux bâtiments de services (Fermette et Cafétéria), tout en restructurant les espaces administratifs et techniques. Les bâtiments actuels Tamaya et Fermette seront démolis pour laisser place aux nouvelles constructions, intégrées harmonieusement dans le tissu existant.
