Description

La Fondation St-George, établissement socio-éducatif fondé dans les années 1980 à Yverdon-les-Bains, accueille actuellement 68 résidents en internat et 11 en externat. Dans le cadre de son développement, elle lance un projet d’extension pour ajouter 11 places en internat et 3 en centre de jour, tout en modernisant ses infrastructures existantes. Le site, réparti sur les parcelles 3303 (Yverdon-les-Bains) et 459 (Montagny-près-Yverdon), comprend un patrimoine bâti historique et plusieurs bâtiments fonctionnels. Le projet prévoit la construction de deux nouvelles structures d’hébergement (Tamaya et Situation Complexe), ainsi que de deux bâtiments de services (Fermette et Cafétéria), tout en restructurant les espaces administratifs et techniques. Les bâtiments actuels Tamaya et Fermette seront démolis pour laisser place aux nouvelles constructions, intégrées harmonieusement dans le tissu existant.
