ТОВАР: Цемент у мішках високоміцний ПЦ 500 СЕМ II/А-S 42.5 N (25 кг.) - 11 250 кг. Перед підписанням договору надати Довідку щодо кінцевого бенефіціарного власника та витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань (розширений). ДОСТАВКА ТОВАРУ: Поставка Товару здійснюється двома партіями в термін, що не перевищує 3 (трьох) календарних днів з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки на його електронну адресу, або по телефону. Місце поставки товару Замовнику: 02125, м. Київ, пр-т. Визволителів, 6 (нова назва: пр-т Г. Нарбута, 6). Термін поставки товару до 31.12.2026. ОПЛАТА ТОВАРУ: Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом постачання на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Товару Покупцем шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки за бюджетні кошти здійснюються після надходження замовлених коштів на рахунок підприємства з урахуванням черговості, передбаченої абзацом другим підпункту 2 пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 р. № 590 (із змінами і доповненнями).
