Покривът на сградата на ТП на НОИ - Монтана е плосък, с наклон за отводняване около 2%. През 2018 г. е извършен ремонт при който е положена топлоизолация, направена е циментова замазка с два слоя битумна хидроизолация с посипка от минерални шисти и полагане на битумно лепило, монтирани са нови улуци и водосточни тръби. Към настоящия момент има наличие на компрометирани участъци на места по положената битумна хидроизолация, както и при връзката със съседната сграда, около комините. Там където битумът е отлепен са се образували джобове, които при дъжд се пълнят с вода, която просмуква под изолацията и причинява течове на стълбището между петия и четвъртия етаж и от таваните в помещенията на петия етаж. Целта на планирания частичен ремонт е елиминиране на съществуващите течове, предпазване от проникване на влага и нанасяне на нови щети в сградата. Планираните за изпълнение строително-ремонтните работи, включени в предмета на обществената поръчка са: 1. Оглед и маркиране на компрометираните участъци. 2. Демонтаж на компрометирана съществуваща битумна хидроизолация; 3. Почистване на разкрития участък от покрива, сваляне, натоварване и извозване на строителните отпадъци; 4. Доставка и грундиране (двукратно) с битумен грунд на откритите повърхности; 5. Доставка и полагане на битумна мембрана /хидроизолация/ чрез газопламъчно заваряване.
