Description

CFF SA, Division Immobilier, a prévu dans les années à venir un important projet de transformation et de rénovation d’un bâtiment existant (appelé «Stabile Ex-Tenconi») construit en 2012. L’objectif de CFF SA est de créer un centre de maintenance pour CFF Infrastructure, qui servira de point d’appui régional pour la planification, l’organisation et l’exécution de tous les travaux d’entretien et de dérangement de l’infrastructure ferroviaire. Cela comprend notamment l’entretien des voies, des lignes de contact, des installations de sécurité et de télécommunication, ainsi que la mise à disposition du personnel, du matériel et des véhicules d’intervention. L’exploitation doit être garantie 7 jours sur 7, 24 heures sur 24. Le centre de maintenance sera utilisé par différents services / unités organisationnelles de CFF Infrastructure. Le 22 septembre 2026 (date prévisionnelle), CFF SA publiera un appel d’offres pour des prestations de mandataire général qui requièrent des compétences pluridisciplinaires pour les phases SIA 32 à 53. Par cette annonce, CFF SA souhaite informer les soumissionnaires potentiels qu’une visite obligatoire aura lieu le 29 septembre 2026.
