Постачальник поставляє Замовнику Товар за Договором згідно зі Специфікацією в узгоджені строки. Строк поставки Товару - до 10.05.2026.
Постачальник здійснює поставку товару за кінцевим місцем призначення Покупця: Хмельницька обл., р-н Кам’янець-Подільський, село Оринин, вул. Тараса Шевченка, буд 43.Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника.
Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару.
