Förskoleverksamhet kommer att bedrivas under hela entreprenadtiden. Entreprenaden ska genomföras etappvis. Endast en (1) etapp i taget får evakueras renoveras, medan övriga delar bedriver verksamhet. Arbetena ska planeras och utföras med särskild hänsyn till pågående verksamhet. Etappindelning, se handling 7.11 Etappindelning. Solcellsanläggning ingår i denna totalentreprenad och ska utföras av entreprenören genom underentreprenör (UE). Entreprenören ansvarar för samordning och gränsdragning mellan solcellsarbeten och övriga arbeten i entreprenaden. Omfattning framgår av handlingar angivna under AFB.32.
