Description

De Opdrachtgever is op zoek naar Opdrachtnemers, welke in staat zijn om het Voorlopig ontwerp van het Integraal Kindcentrum verder uit te werken op basis van een bouwteamopdracht. De werkzaamheden met betrekking tot het verder mede-ontwerpen en de realisatie van deze voorzieningen van de ‘Nieuwbouw Integraal Kindcentrum te Nederwoud’ zullen o.a. bestaan uit:  Bouwkundige werkzaamheden integraal kindcentrum (perceel 1);  Elektrotechnische werkzaamheden integraal kindcentrum (perceel 2);  Werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden integraal kindcentrum (perceel 2). Er is door de aanbestedende dienst gekozen om de aanbesteding van uitvoerende partijen als volgt te verdelen in twee percelen:  Perceel 1 - Bouwkundig aannemer (incl. bouwrijp maken terrein en sloop);  Perceel 2 - Ontwerpend werktuigbouwkundig- en elektrotechnisch installateur.
