Предмет на настоящата е „Доставка на природен газ за ТП на НОИ”, която има за цел да бъде осигурена доставката на природен газ в отоплителния сезон за Административната сграда на ТП на НОИ - Шумен, по свободно договорени цени, съгласно Закона за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с природен газ (ПТПГ) и Правилата за балансиране на пазара на природен газ (ПБППГ). В обхвата на поръчката се включва и изпълнение на функции на балансиране и поемане на разходите за индивидуалния търговски дисбаланс на природен газ на ТП на НОИ - Шумен по време на срока на изпълнение на договора. ТП на НОИ - Шумен заплаща само реално потребеното месечно количество природен газ, отчетено по средството за търговско измерване, собственост на оператора на газоразпределителната мрежа. Изискванията към изпълнението и участниците са подробно описани в техническите спецификации и документацията за участие. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП комисията ще разгледа постъпилите оферти по т. нар. „обърнат ред“, регламентиран в чл. 61 от ППЗОП.
