Description

Предметът на възлагане на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарствени продукти за нуждите на „Втора САГБАЛ - Шейново” ЕАД (Възложител), съгласно приложената техническа спецификация, с цел избор на доставчик за посочените номенклатури и сключване на договор за доставка при условията и по реда на Закона за обществените поръчки. Лекарствените продукти са по смисъла на Закона за лекарствените продукти в хуманната медицина: включени в Приложение 2 на ПЛС, съгласно чл.262, ал.6, т.2 от ЗЛПХМ, както и лекарствени продукти, не включени в ПЛС. Лекарствените продукти са подробно описани по видове/номенклатури (редове) в техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. Всяка номенклатура е обозначена в техническата спецификация със собствен пореден номер, описание по генерично наименование, лекарствена форма и количество активно вещество, мерна единица и прогнозно количество.
