Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка включва избор на изпълнител, който да доставя дезинфектанти, за нуждите на УСБАЛО ЕАД, гр. София, за срок от 24 месеца. Поръчката включва периодични доставки при отправена ежемесечна заявка от възложителя на дезинфектанти, използвани за ежедневните нужди на лечебното заведение - дезинфектанти за болнични повърхности, за медицински инструментариум, за пред и следоперативно третиране на пациентите, за дезинфектиране на хирургичните оператори, за дезинфектиране на апаратура и други, обособени общо в 7 самостоятелно обособени позиции. Доставките се извършват периодично при отправени ежемесечни заявки и прогнозни количества, посочени от възложителя през срока на изпълнение на поръчката - 24 месеца. Прогнозните количества се описват чрез посочената прогнозна стойност в решението и обявлението на поръчката и чрез техническата спецификация от документацията на процедурата. В обхвата на обособената позиция са включени Дезинфектанти за миялна машина OLIMPUS с характеристики и количества, посочени в техническата спецификация, както следва: 1. Препарат съвместим с миално- дезинфекционна машина за ендоскопска апаратура ETD - OLIMPUS литър - 200 л. 2. Препарат дезинфектант съвместим с миално- дезинфекционна машина за ендоскопска апаратура ETD - OLIMPUS литър - 200 л.
